Wrong Lenses
Update - A customer care representative emailed me and said a new pair of glasses has been sent. Unfortunately, I had to choose a new frame, but they did remake my glasses for free. I am awaiting my new glasses and will update again when they arrive.
My eye glasses arrived with the lenses placed in the wrong sides. This was confirmed by a local optical center. I contacted customer service and had to pay shipping to return the glasses before new ones were sent. The frames were very pretty and fit well, so I was bummed the lenses were wrong.
