After ten plus years of decent service, I moved out of country. In doing so, my mobile number changed. At the same time I changed my operating system on my laptop to linux.
I am trying to step away from anything Windows related or Google, so I use Brave Web Browser.
I suddenly have no access to my Dropbox files, due to their stupid 2 factor authentication. I cant get the stupid verification code they send me, cause I no longer have access to that number.
Their support reps are absolutely useless. They have no issues accepting payments from my bank account monthly, but they cant seem to manage to have their billing department confirm my banking information for verification??
This is unacceptable! Theyre taking my payments, they have my.data and refuse to assist me? Im furious
As a creator and producer who has been with clips4sale for over ten years, I can say what a disappointment since Neil sold his shares! They have the WORST customer service! They're chat representatives have zero customer service skills. They are banning and restricting categories, switch up they're polices, they're platforms software sucks and every five years they make you update all of your videos (I had over 3. They do NOT care about or respect content creators who have been with them for ten or more years. THE WORST
This is BY FAR the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced.
- Their DIY website builder is not user friendly what-so-ever and there is NO tech support to guide you through that process
- I asked them if I could use hire their site builders that they advertise having. Their response was that my website was too difficult for them to create
-I couldn't access my cpanel for 5 months and the tech support said they had NO idea why
-So I suggest that we change my domain name hoping that would re-set their issue which they confirmed they did so I have my website designers change EVERY page in my upcoming website
-Then I cancel my service with them and during the same time some unknown company who's contact number is actually their fax number (so they cant comment isnt that nice) register the domain name I was told I had

2. We do not build websites, we are a web hosting, VPS, reseller hosting, domain registration, and dedicated server service. Sorry for the confusion. We are happy to install scripts for you like Wordpress, Drupal, or Joomla which you can use to build the website yourself.
3. We are sorry, this is still am mystery. Thousands of people access it every day here and none have ever had a lasting issue. We really don't know why you had an issue logging in.
4. We did change the domain name for your hosting account, we did not know you wanted to change your domain registration because you never mentioned it. You just said to change the domain name so we did. Also domain registration cannot be changed, you can only buy another domain and then change the domain associated with your hosting account.
5. We don't have a fax number and do not register domains ourselves other than our business domains. There is no connection with us if a domain is registered that you wanted to use. it sounds like you registered it and forgot or maybe someone that you know if it's an obscure name. That's is horrible though, there are domain squatters out there that make a living off this stuff, it's messed up and we don't agree with it.
We spent hours with you trying to help with the site builder and any other options that could help you.
I wish we could do more, again we are sorry you had a hard time.
