Renewal Price Way Too High
The app was fine. But when I signed up the subscription was $15.99. My renewal today was $40 which is nuts.
Your phone is not taking calls & your Chat Support stopped replying once I mentioned cancelation and refund.
The cancelation confirmation I received did not mention a refund. Just that I wouldn't get charged further.
Most apps send you a reminder that your subscription is about to renew. I never got one and was shocked at the price jump.
Not liking Reverse Health's business practices or customer support.
