The rental process was seamless from start to finish

We hired a 4WD camper for 6 weeks to do a Kimberly WA tour. The 4WD never missed a beat, even though we took it through rivers and over roads that nearly rattled my teeth out. We needed support once and Apollo had our back. I will hire from them again.

I had never used Arnold Clark before but was very pleased with the experience. The staff were excellent and the value was good. It's one of the best rent a car experiences I have ever had. There were no surprise fees and everything was explained very clearly on check in. I wish all rent a car companies were like this.

Truly frustrating. I have only asked for support from Xero once and it was a very poor experience. The support is only provided by tickets. You cannot phone or instant message. The tickets seem to be read by some A.I. system which, in my case, misread my request, gave me an answer to something else and closed my ticket. Eventually when I got through to humans they also misread my request multiple times. It would have been comical but their delay cost me money.
After leaving a 1 star review Xero called me, which was super nice, but that doesn't actually fix their very broken support system.

I saved about $600 on my ticket through Aunt Betty. The booking process was clear and the airline ticket was emailed quickly. You need to know that, almost in exchange for a good price, you need to be sure that you have filled in all the details on your booking correctly and that you don't later want to change flights or dates. If you want changes, sure you will pay a sizable fee, but if you can book with the right details in the first place and then stick to your dates you have the opportunity to get a great bargain.

I recommend Aunt Betty for customers who are sure of their flights and dates.
