Probably the worst customer service experience I’ve ever dealt with. The agent I am working with after sending a wrong piece offered some discounts on future orders then since has completely gone dark and is now ghosting me.
Extremely unprofessional and emotional seller.
I advise to look elsewhere, there are plenty of ethical retailers out there which deliver much more quality products and work as a business not based upon how you communicate with them. They are the most unprofessional business I’ve ever dealt with in over 30 years of ecommerce purchases.
Save yourself the trauma and just choose any other vendor.
