I ordered quite a few plants from them

I ordered quite a few plants from these guys. Delivery was quick and items well-packaged. Unfortunately, one plant was in pretty dire shape (perhaps just bad luck)

I messaged them and they were super helpful and refunded it straight away. You can't put a price on great customer service - thank you!

I just want to preface this by saying…

I just want to preface this by saying that the returns procedure has been incredibly easy, so thank you.The reason I've given one star is for my most recent order for some Kodak gold blue light filter lenses. Now, these glasses arrived and immediately I could tell something wasn't right with them. I was wearing them and very noticeably feeling like there was too much going on. Anyway, after some testing with my older pair of glasses, I realized that the glare on these was incredibly considerable, and I did not feel that they were suitable for computer use at all. I wore them for driving, and the glare from other cars was out of this world. Totally unsafe to wear, so I'll be sending these back. I have had other glasses from this company, and honestly, they have actually been excellent, so I will bump the rating up to two stars. However, with my most recent order, I'm really not impressed.

This was a replacement tyre for one…

This was a replacement tyre for one that KwikFit fitted and burst 3 months later. I've 3 other tyres still going strong and almost getting to their years. I'd say that tyre was naff, hopefully this new one is ok

Took it to the totally wrong side of…

Took it to the totally wrong side of the building a dumped in the lobby probably because they couldn't find our door number. Lazy

Good quality with a very high price tag

Really good quality food. However it's very expensive. My biggest qualm is that they throw discounts around like candy and I personally feel if they didn't do this so much, they might not be charging me such a high price to offset their discounts. 🤔

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. I accidentally signed up and they are refusing to cancel my subscription until they take a payment from me. I try contacting their customer service and they are just plain awful.
