This is my second bag as my first bag developed a fault
The customer service received from built for athletes was very poor the bag was only a month old but they tried to tell it was out of warranty kept fobbing me with what stress the bag been under and what you been using it for etc
I had to tell them about there 365 day policy on faulty goods and trading standers before they offered me a full refund when all I wanted was an exchange this went on through emails for about 3 days
Final got a new bag that’s it nothing Else very stressful
