This is my second bag as my first bag developed a fault
The customer service received from built for athletes was very poor the bag was only a month old but they tried to tell it was out of warranty kept fobbing me with what stress the bag been under and what you been using it for etc
I had to tell them about there 365 day policy on faulty goods and trading standers before they offered me a full refund when all I wanted was an exchange this went on through emails for about 3 days
Final got a new bag that’s it nothing Else very stressful

How helpful and knowledgeable of great holiday resorts to look at and the advice Sarah gave us
And now we are looking forward to our holiday

Waiting in all day for my delivery

Between 9.30 and 12 .30
I did phone customer service was just told you are two drops away
All the time that was at 2pm
My item did turn up finally at 4pm
No excuse or sorry

Going to purchase unit to go with it as quality is excellent solid wood l

The car seat are universal seat not for a Renault kadjar as stated
Front seats fitted ok
Back seat covers no good as come as two bench covers
As back seats split in two
No split in them for the belt clip either
Could have bought same ones of the same quality at Halfords
For less price
Not worth £70
The only good thing I could say is the delivery was quick

Had a great lesson with John Bunn
Learn a lot
Then enjoyed a few drinks
Where Rhiannon served us exceptional well her hospitality skills and manners and brilliant
