I received the incorrect lemon cherry gelato. I was charged the $70 per ounce price, but I ordered the discounted exotic item. My receipt shows I paid $120 for the lemon exotic, not $70. My total was over $200 before the discount code from dank with the flamingo was applied. I've contacted you multiple times, but haven't received a response. I wasn't requesting a refund because I opened the package before realizing it wasn't the exotic item. However, a discount on my next purchase would be appreciated since I overpaid. I've heard positive reviews about your company on YouTube and like your products, but the customer service is poor because I haven't received any communication by phone or email. Because of this issue, I likely won't buy from that company in the future.

Your product hands down has been one of the best VR investments that I've made . The fact that I could wear my VR headset without my glasses is the first thing. The second is the comfort level . I'm able to see a larger FOV thanks to your inserts. I am looking forward to new things that your company have coming in the future. Thanks!
