Worst experience ever. Was locked out of my account due to having a new phone and 2-factor authentication not working. Response from dropbox was to send a whole bunch of highly personal documents via email! Refused and still locked out. Don't use them at all costs!

Communication with Dshop was very good and also the website/shop layout. However, the choice of their courier (Allied Express) is terrible. This courier has extremely bad reviews and it is clear why that is, they are the worst of the worst. I waited almost 3 weeks for my order as they couldn't follow simple instructions.
