ordered my goods 11th January and still no sign of my order. Only had a confirmation of order email, I've heard nothing since. I have tried to track my order but it is just saying tracking not available. No email or customer service contact for me to find any update. Beginning to think it might be on a slow boat from China.
erfectly placed accommodation convenient for the beaches, shops and everything St Ives has to offer, it served us well for a convenient comfortable family holiday. A few minor niggles with lack of equipment that you would expect for a holiday rental, but if we came again we would know to bring it along. Its worth noting there are clear signs of damp in the bedrooms that shed onto the floor daily so if you suffer from Asthma or allergies you may wish to avoid.
The bathroom shelf I ordered is not as I expected it is advertised as “Thanks to the strong self-adhesive screw hooks, you can securely attach the shelves to the wall in just a few seconds. No hassle with drills – a tight and secure attachment without damaging the wall” what actually has arrived are cheap metal shelves with a bit of chinese glue with no instructions and definitely no hooks! Not quite what you expect when you have spent £88.00 on them. Furthermore, they are advertised as a company based in the Netherlands, I can see from my experience and others that they are nowhere near the Netherlands as advertised but a Chinese company selling their cheap rubbish under a misleading guise.
Appalling service. Item was ordered as a birthday gift, the goods have not yet been delivered and has been sitting in DPD for weeks. Customer service have been completely unhelpful in their responses and supposedly escalated the non delivery with the courier and I am to let them know if it turns up in the meantime. Sorry, but if it turns up in the meantime its going to be dead, its sat there for weeks, its a live plant!! As far as I am concerned they may have a fabulous product but I will not be ordering from them again. That's £50 down the drain!!

We completely understand your concern — live plants should never be left sitting in transit for that long — and we agree that this situation was not acceptable. Been tracking my shipment since it left USA and cleared customs, now since December 24th in transit in London but with a postcode of AB45 2RW which is in Scotland. I am not getting anywhere with their customer services with any answers to whom the courier is let alone where it has gone. Lesson learned don't buy from these ever again.
Left on incorrect door number on the doorstep. Luckily we knew from the photo which house it was and eventually retrieved it.

UPDATE: 22.12.21 - DESPITE AND EMAIL ON 24.11.21 TELLING ME I WOULD BE REFUNDED- TO DATE NOTHING HAS BEEN RECIEVED Seems I am another victim of orders placed on 10th October being stuck in the system. Despite several emails and advise that my order would be processed within 5 to 7 days, its now 10th November and what was a birthday present is still not received. I am unable to find a telephone number to actually speak with anyone and the email communication is delayed and not constructive. LETS HOPE NUTMEG SEE ALL THESE COMPLAINTS
Although a little more expensive than the typical door mats I am now on my 3rd set and have always found them to be great quality that can withstand almost anything thrown at it, being able to throw them on a wash cycle is an added benefit. I have just ordered my first bathroom mats and they again seem to be of equal value and quality as the doormats.
Had fabulous service from Nicola at GASG, from the initial contact through to signing the agreements, nothing has been too much trouble. I would highly recommend Great Annual Savings Group for any business related energy enquiries.
