I am writing to formally raise my concern regarding the performance of your platform and the recurring issues I have experienced.
I spent $45 USD just to solve one problem, yet the issue remains unresolved despite my repeated attempts. Specifically, I asked for assistance in integrating my Stripe account for my project Serenity Pulse. I have already submitted my Publishable Key and Secret Key from Stripe to Rocket, but the integration still does not work.
To make matters worse, your app consumed a significant amount of my token credits — approximately 10 million tokens — without delivering a working solution. This is extremely frustrating and feels like a waste of both time and money.
Frankly, the platform consumes far too many tokens for minimal output, and its flexibility and problem-solving capabilities are far below expectations. I am highly dissatisfied with the service provided so far.
I expect:
An immediate resolution to my Stripe integration issue.
A full review of my account usage and restoration or refund of the wasted token credits.
Clarification on why the problem keeps recurring and steps your team will take to prevent it.
I hope this matter is addressed promptly. Otherwise, I will have no choice but to discontinue my use of Rocket.new and share my experience with others.
