I only wanted to subscribed for 1 month and I got clickbaited for another 2 charges because I pressed Confirm to go to final Confirmation page. After being charged, I was panicked so I had to close the webpage to stop the charges. After that I downloaded the app trying to cancel the subscription and get refund for the additional charge and the app sai I didn’t have any purchase with them and there is no way for me to cancel subscription. I will have to call my bank to block this now. What a horrible experience!

My flight, originally scheduled to depart at 12:30 PM, was subjected to a series of frustrating and poorly communicated delays.

First, the departure time was pushed back to 12:50 PM, a minor inconvenience I could accept. However, this was just the beginning. The flight was then further delayed to 4:30 PM, then 5:30 PM, and finally, 6:00 PM. This constant shifting of departure times left me stranded at the airport for the entire day, wasting precious time and causing significant stress.

What makes this situation even worse is the shockingly late communication. Vietjet consistently informed passengers of the delays only shortly before the new (delayed) departure time. This lack of transparency and proactive communication is completely unacceptable. Had I been informed of the substantial delays earlier in the day, I could have explored alternative options, potentially even securing a refund. Instead, I was forced to endure hours of uncertainty and wasted time.

This experience with Vietjet was utterly unreliable and demonstrated a complete disregard for passenger time and schedules. The lack of timely and accurate information is a major failing. This will undoubtedly be my last time flying with Vietjet. I strongly advise others to consider alternative airlines to avoid similar frustrating and disruptive experiences.

The quiz questions are good and the result is standardised. The website’s interface is not misleading that can lead to financial loss.

The app looks really professional, it makes me trust them. Only until I encountered flight cancellation by the airline that I found they are not trustworthy. I paid extra for AirHelp plus and Self-Transfer Guarantee to protect myself from unexpected situations. However, when the situation happened, I tried to contact Trip.com many times but they only told me to talk to the airline directly for any help regarding both compensation and rearrangement. They did nothing for me. I will never recommend Trip.com to anyone.

It's extremely hard to edit. I was lured in by an elegant resume design. As I edited, it was impossible to scroll down when I added in more information. I had to zoom out to be able to get more information further down. The total UX of this app is so bad.
