Over 20 calls to discuss my case that is fully funded.
Paralegals want several proven id scans then terms of business, still not done.
Procedure before client needs!!!!!!!!

No legal company is so anti client as ARAG Denies, Denies, Denies Claims

Yet again asked for support for a letter to be sent to ask for an illegal building without planning permission being attached to my property to the owner asking for it to be removed.
Craig the claim handler refused that request after he asked for three points to be addressed which I fully completed.
Data he now has and not accepted!’
This complaint has been submitted, second opinion regarding this matter is due!

Wren are simply a very good company.
Today we attended a meeting with our kitchen designer Jay.
Loved the conversation and design jay came up with the layout and appliance advice, simply superb.
Highest recommendation possible from us .
Swansea branch great service and excellent layout.

Complaint about Jet2 constructively pushed in the long grass !!!!

Reply to our recent review, on our experience with a fight to skiathos.
The connection that was supplied was not available a bit like the staff on the plane and skiathos airport.
Avoid this overhyped company the competition is much better I am told .

Carmarthen Bullied staff member

Went into Betfred in Carmarthen yesterday .
Witnessed a truly shocking behaviour by the manager (Jo) .
Manager bullied a staff member in front of me, and continued the behaviour by being rude to me and my partner.
Truly disgusting behaviour not for the first time.
This manager needs training and a written warning , she has no interpersonal communication skills, essential in dealing with customers I would politely suggest.
The employee was clearly embarrassed by the bullying, we were very concerned and uncomfortable by Jo the manager.

Total stupidity behaviours

Trying all morning to raise a complaint about a security account issue, call centre in India (Abhishek) accused me of knowing the fraudulent transaction, would not transfer me to complaints?
On the phone to India for over 25 minutes, who is paying for the call??
No way of raising the issue in the app!
So after all the TSB closures will need to do 50 miles round trip to resolve this issue in branch, tomorrow!!!

AVOID JET2 , unfortunate customer service.

We landed yesterday at skiathos airport , skidded on landing, ? Over pilot skill set , cabin crew laughed it off as easy entertainment!!!!
Got worse when we asked for assistance from jet staff at Skiathos airport, to advise on transport to our villa we were told nothing as to help or polite support with advice as we were merely a jet2 flight customer and not a full holiday passenger.
Thanks for nothing jet2 .

FRF Swansea, currently customers are hated!!

To all motorists who need urgent repairs to their vehicles do not use FRF .
Why new cause of concern, when I needed advice on paint repair, no in-depth knowledge from the paint shop.
Totally unacceptable drivel from Mr Jones ( manager) asked the front desk to get a call back from MR Jones four times today no call back!!!
Customer service from FRF about 30 years out of date , unacceptable customer service, period!!!

FRF Swansea repair center

FRF Swansea repair shop
We used this company to repair our car still with them after a month.
They say they will return the car , get this fully restored except for a part that they will fix later , no date given .
We want a fully repaired car returned to us they cannot do that!
The manager Christian , who spoke to me this morning was a complete challenge to me as a customer.
He doubled down on not being able to get part number 0850708538R - something I found on line and ready to be delivered in 24 hrs.
He the challenge me to a bet that it was not possible as he orders £200,000.000 a month in parts , I will let you judge if any of the rubbish espoused by this manager holds any relevance to fixing my car!
Avoid any cost!!!!!

GREAT DENY CLAIM BY ARAG

So we have insurance with NFU , their partner and
Sole legal firm for NFU customers is ARAG!
So yesterday an ARAG appointed barrister,,denied our claim for a personal injury claim.
Interrogated and made to feel like liars and not believed when overwhelming proof presented and confirmed the basis ARAG go too DENY claims and support no one but themselves.
So shameful and disgusting behaviour by this firm one and half years of waiting and time wasted by me and my partner.!

Waiting for a response to our complaint and compensation for really bad service from start to the unresponsive finish.
Stage 2 complaint told in writing that we would be contacted this morning at the half way stage no contact was received.(4weeks)
Just called customer relations denying any issues or any updates on internal investigation!
Utterly disappointed with direct line.!!!!!!!

After waiting more than 8 months for an investigation into incompetence with our ex solicitors.
No help whatsoever despite strong evidence charges were not investigated or explored, not even progressed to the actual ombudsman.
This is one government agency that needs closure and remove financial support from the taxpayer!!!

Got what we thought was a great deal from the Carmarthen branch £24.95 for three courses.
Book for 4 people we thought for lunch time tomorrow when we rang to confirm, all four of my party would have to download the app individually to claim offer that was sent to my phone.

Total con no more visits from my family, shame as it was local and would have been visited many times in 25!
