We have been buying from RockOff for several years.
The range is second to none and their customer service cannot be faulted.

Like everyone else. Cin7 promised the world and delivered Hell!
It seems that the bugs are increasing at an exponential rate over the past 6 months and there are constant problems with updating the stock system correctly (last 6 months and getting worse) and the integration with Shopify is not robust with several bugs appearing over the past few months.
The customer support is almost non-existent and I just rang the support line, which informed me from 21st January there will be no way to contact support by phone. I confirmed this with the support engineer I spoke to. From January 21st the only way to contact support will be via Chat or Ticket.
I have been a customer for 3 years and wish I had never gone near them.
