Deliveries and customer service

I have ordered two blinds. It’s supposed to come both of them together with the delivery, but it’s been split up. I’ve received one and after a few days I received the other one customer service not that good hardly you can talk to them by phone. It’s only email the quality of blinds it’s OK not the best and doesn’t come with a wall plug and then screws like the other companies .and other things I’ve give them right measurement but when I received the blinds it was 3 cm difference. the blind will not close properly also

My parcel handed with no care

My parcel handed with no care and it was damaged wet all over the box I have evidence if requested. Bad delivery experience
