Suit came quick but DPD tried to deliver it to wrong address. So had to wait extra day to get it. Trousers didn't fit over my lower legs even though I ordered a larger waist size. Wasn't very quick in responding to messages and didn't have an alternative for me to swap with so had to ask for refund. Not had my refund as yet either.

Regarding the fit of the trousers, this may be due to the tailored cut, which is designed to be slimmer. In some cases, customers may need to size up once or twice to achieve the best fit.
We also apologise if our response time felt slow. We received your email on Monday, November 10th at 4:55 PM and responded on Tuesday, November 11th at 1:19 PM. While this may have felt like a delay, we are currently experiencing a high volume of enquiries, and response times can occasionally take a little longer.

We have now been to this hotel twice this review is for the first time and as of writing this review we are here again just about to come home. Booked 1st time via Tanya in our last cal tui travel agent and the 2nd time direct via the Tui website. Hotel is large and well looked after and the staff are great. Nice short transfer from the airport. Beach is a short walk across the road and the hotel it's self has large pools and plenty of sun beds. Food is very good with a good choice for even the pickiest eaters. This is our 2nd time here now and we will come again.
