I like the presentation of the very basic information about guitars and the steps from warm up exercises to tuning to playing chords to strumming.
I find the lessons are very well organized into small segments and do not overwhelm.

No recognition of TSA pre-check for airline tickets
TSA did not have us in the system or did not have ability to look us up
Global Blue entry into US not well communicated nor marked
Paid for service and provided personal information without receiving any benefit
