First time ordering
First time ordering. Just adopted a puppy from Operation Kindness. They gave us a gallon sized Ziploc food. It was Cuddly. Seems like a great formula.
Ordered on a Wednesday and paid for USPS Priority (1 business day). Didn't ship until Friday. Was sent Ground.
I sent 2 inquiries. NO RESPONSE. So, customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
