I ordered a pair of sandals that had…

I ordered a pair of sandals that had been out of stock for months, and was thrilled to finally see them available in my size. I placed my order, received the on-screen confirmation (which I even screenshot), and was told I’d get a confirmation email — but that email never arrived.

After hearing nothing, I contacted the customer service team via email, but received no timely reply. I eventually used the live chat, only to be told my order hadn’t actually gone through. They apologised and offered me a discount code, but it was useless — the sandals were now out of stock again and won’t be restocked before my holiday.

After weeks of waiting, I’m left with nothing but frustration. Very poor service and communication. Sadly, I cannot recommend this company.
