Gone downhill massively
I've used this service for more than ten years. They've rightfully taken a lot of money in royalties which they have deserved. Unfortunately their support service has become so poor that tickets sit unread for over three weeks to date of this posting. And planning releases and pitches is now impossible as once submitted it sits pending for a month or more, and goes well past the planned release date making it impossible to plan your socials or pitch to Spotify. Sadly after over a decade I am needing to change provider. I understand they may be overstaffed however they seem to reply within a reasonable timeframe to negative reviews on this website, unlike important tasks on their own.
