I had an issue with emails
I had an issue with emails. When I first decided to use NordPass, I probably tried the 'free offer' using my normal email. Afterwards, I purchased NordPass Premium 2 yrs offer, however I recall issues with payment which I somehow resolved using an other email and downloaded the software. Since then, I continued receiving email offers to upgrade from the 'free offer'. Today I learned the free offer was still on your database. Using chat - your agents were 'extremely' understanding and expertly in resolving my enquiry. Following their instructions, I was able to delete the email account offering the "free offer promotion" upgrade.
