I had an issue with my order and lost it, even after paying for package protection and all.
I had an issue with my order and lost it, then never received a refund, noteven in store points! Since then, I've been using other sites and have been having no problems at all.
I understand some sites don't offer refunds, but this one never mentioned anything about it, or even their lost package policy.
They were extremely slow, and I always had to contact them again whenever I had an issue, even when they said they would contact me again, which never happened.
This company is extremely unprofessional, slow, unreliable, and a waste of money!
Do not buy from these guys.
There are better alternatives, such as Green Society, Bulk Buddy, and The Green ace.
Don't waste your time with these guys!
