I honestly regret buying a laptop from revibe.ae.

From the moment I placed the order until the day I finally received the laptop, it was disappointment after disappointment. The experience was nothing like what they advertise.

They loudly claim a “10-day return policy”, but that feels more like a trap than a policy. Once you actually receive the device and realize the quality is poor, suddenly there are conditions, excuses, and penalties. If you try to return it, they tell you to pay 10% of the amount, even though the product is clearly not as promised.

The laptop I received looked artificially made to appear new — parts were colored, and stickers were used to cover wear and tear. It honestly felt misleading. This is not what you expect when you’re paying for a “refurbished but premium quality” device.

Overall build quality? Very bad.
Transparency? Zero.
Customer trust? Completely broken.

I feel fooled, and I don’t want others to go through the same frustration. Please think twice before ordering from Revibe.ae. Marketing looks good, but the reality is very different once the product is in your hands.

This is just my genuine experience, and I’m sharing it so others can make an informed decision.

We would like to clarify that as long as the specifications of the device match what was listed at the time of purchase and the laptop is functioning properly, the device is considered compliant with the order and there is no technical issue with it.

Regarding the images shown during purchasing, please note that product images on the website are for illustration purposes only. As this is a refurbished device, minor cosmetic differences such as stickers, labels, or slight variations in appearance may be present. These do not affect the performance or quality of the device, and the sticker can be removed if preferred.

If you still wish to return the device without a technical defect, the return will be processed as a change of mind, and a 10% deduction will be applied according to our return policy.
