Extreme unprofessional rider
The driver came literally i was seeing him from my room window and didn’t realised he’s carrying my package. The next moment he rang the bell, literally in less that 30 secs i was at my door and seeing him getting into his car i asked where’s my parcel and he drove his car by just pointing to my neighbours that he dropped over there!
Ask your riders to have some patience and wait generously at customer door.
Extremely disappointed.
