Hi there!! I just wanted to roll jn and say your art and style is IMMACULATE!! I love every little expression and scenario you place the characters in. It feels like an actual TADC episode coming to life with every new comic and I can't thank you enough for sharing your art skills with the world in the ways that you have!! It has REALLY been keeping me fed during the recent break in the show. I can't thank you or scream about your art enough, it is SO SO GOOD AND PERFECT, I love it!!! ❤️
I can't even process the generous comments! Thank you so much!!
HIIII!!! LOVE ur comics!!!I really hope to be able to draw like you someday and ur comics keep me going!!!!
So I was wondering, what is you fav fandom to make comics of???
Aww, thank you so much! Just have fun, and draw what you want. ^^
I realize it's pretty rare for me to want to draw comics for fandoms. The only ones I've really drawn for are Undertale and The Amazing Digital Circus and a bit of Pokemon. Of course, right now my favourite one being TADC, lol.
Commission Prices.
Payment will be through Paypal.
Thanks for reading. ^^
Hey there! Just a heads up, I'll be taking a few more commissions next week between January 16th-18th. It will NOT be first come first serve. I'll be picking commissions based on what I'm able to do. I'm trying to reopen commissions more frequently, so if I'm unable to take your commission this round, hopefully I'll be able to in the near future. ^^
I love your comics!! Did you ever consider redesigning the characters’ outfits? Or did you always want them to look more canon?
Thank you so much!
I think I may do that for fun one day! I do have fun with drawing them in different outfits. For the comics, I'll probably keep them more canon-looking unless they're in an adventure that would give me an excuse to draw them in different outfits.
Heyy! I have a question, but at first — BIG THANK YOU for your comics. I love everything in them — from plot to your style. And I love that your characters acts kinda canon (their emotions, behaviour etc). They're actually amazing, so please keep going to do this 😭🙏
And I was wondering how long ago have you been drawing comics and how did you come up with it?
You're incredible!
Thank you so much! I also just wanted to take this chance to thank everyone for sending me such kind and thoughtful messages and asks. I'm sorry I'm not able to respond to all of them, but they mean so much to me! They motivate me to keep drawing, haha.
As for drawing comics, it mainly started when I was in the Undertale fandom when it first came out in 2015. I did some short comics for it, and I started a much longer comic called Over the Void. It's technically still in progress, but I'm taking a break from it right now. In general, I think I just like exploring the characters and imagining what they would do in situations we haven't seen in the canon storyline.
"Caine sends the group (except Zooble, who successfully avoided this adventure) into a dusty old tomb full of traps. Jax walks right into one and ends up poisoned."
So, my TADC comics seem to be getting longer. This one is 147 panels. Which means it’s going to take a bit longer to finish. But if anyone wants to see the progress as I work on them, consider joining my Patreon. I’ll be posting this and future comics in groups of 6 panels at a time as I finish them. The first 18 panels are already up. Once the entire comic is done, it’ll be posted publicly like normal. ^^ But your support would be greatly appreciated if you decided to join!
There are also other rewards, such as PSD/CLIP files of recent artwork, and I’ll be starting speed paints of future artwork. The speed paint for my recent drawing is up if anyone is interested.
Anyway, thanks for reading!
hi hi! I just wanted to say that your comics are so nice. They inspired me to start working on my own TADC AU. But besides that ^_^ I wanted to ask what your teir list of the main TADC cast (all current humans + Caine) would be? Or if not a teir list, just listing from most-least favorite? Thank you ^_^
Aww that's so awesome! I hope you have lots of fun with your TADC AU. ^^
That's a difficult one to answer, lol. Jax and Pomni are my two favourites, but when it comes to the rest of the characters, they're all fighting for third place, lol. When episode one came out, Kinger and Caine were my favourites, and I think they still hold a special place on my list of favourite characters, I absolutely love them. I wasn't a huge fan of zooble in the early episodes (mainly because we didn't know a lot about them), but as we saw more of them, they became one of my favourites as well. I love the 'tired but supportive older sibling' vibe they give, lol. I adore Gangle's story of a struggling artist as she learns to love herself and finding comfort in Zooble, and Ragatha's struggle to overcome how she connects with others and how she perceives herself through others' eyes. I love them all, lol.
What's the process you do for your comics? I've been wanting to make more extended TADC comics but structurally idk where to start. Like, what do you start with once you have an idea? Where do you go from there? I hope this question makes sense lol
I guess I just slowly build on the idea by asking questions. Like for example, I start with a basic idea of "Pomni and Jax star gazing". Then I ask "Why are they out there? Is it outside the tent? Are they in an adventure? What lead them to being outside the tent, or what happened in the adventure to lead to them calmly looking at the stars?" If I struggle with answering one question, I go to another and come back to it later, or try to get more specific with the questions. "Why is Jax stargazing? Is that something he would genuinely do? Is he just bored, is there nothing else going on that interests him, or is he tired, or is there something in the sky that would genuinely catch his attention, or does he simply want to hang out with Pomni and doesn't care about the stars?" There's lots of trails of ideas to follow to see if they lead anywhere with a potentially interesting story. If one trail doesn't work, I go back and try another. Then I just build on the idea until I find a good beginning, middle, and end. Then the basic idea turns into "Caine sends the cast on a late-night in-house adventure where they have to gather something like gloinks. Jax doesn't care and wants to get away from the noise so he goes outside the tent. Pomni chases a gloink outside and sees him and decides to join him. They end up laying in the grass, staring at the stars and talk. It ends with them being surrounded and attacked by gloinks (maybe they're carrying Zooble's parts? Zooble curses at them for not helping or something?)" Then just keep building on it until it feels right. I apologize if I misunderstood your question. XD
hello!!! thank you for single handlely feeding my tadc needs and getting me back on tumblr — your style and work is phenomenal! thank you for feeding us so well :0
was curious what other manga or series you’ve been addicted to as of recent, and or some of your all time favorites! also happy holidays :)
Thank you so much!!
The only manga I've ever read is Fullmetal Alchemist, which I loved of course. I haven't really gotten into many shows or movies recently aside from TADC. For games though, one series I've loved since I was a kid is The Legend of Zelda. I'm always super hyped when a new one comes out.
HAIIIIIII :]
First of all, I wanted to say that your comics are INCREDIBLY good!!! They are just like the canon and that's what I appreciate most in them.. the characters' personalities are not distorted and I'm in love with it. You're doing such an amazing job!!
SOOOOOO, I wanted to ask about how much time does it take you to create one comic? How hard is it for you? Are there any difficulties that you are dealing with in the process?
(Sorry for any possible mistakes, English is not my first language)
Aww thank you so much! I'm really happy people like how I write them.
Depending on the length of the comic, it can take a good amount of time. The last comic was my longest one, and I'm pretty sure drawing it took over 30 hours to finish, though I wasn't keeping track lol.
I think the hardest part for me personally is the planning stage. Drawing it takes the most time, but it's pretty straight forward when the planning is done. For planning the comic, it can be frustrating trying to get an idea to feel 'right' or 'complete'. Right now I have a comic idea written out, but I don't feel happy with it yet. I'm just holding onto it for now to try to figure out what I can change to make it better, or maybe come up with a better idea, haha.
Dude, I want to animate Jax and Pomni having fun being goofballs and dancing together. I just need a good song and dance to work with. Does anyone happen to have any suggestions?
Dang, thanks for taking the time to give me suggestions! I'm gonna have to go through them all, there's some fun ones lol!
