Finished reading Mosaic recently, its a real shame that only very little of Janeway's background made it into the show because its so good, it explains so much about her behaviour and why she is, the way that she is.
Janeway's struggle with mental health issues, trauma and suicide always made her, in my mind, genuinely one of the most fascinating characters in Star Trek.
