ready for the hate i'll inevitably get for this but i don't much care for him tbh. i try not to say i 'don't like' anyone i don't personally know (unless they're actually problematic).
i get an extremely arrogant vibe from luke t, and i feel like (like his character) he's able to hide behind a cocky, playboy persona so no one really picks up on it. saying your season is raising the bar from previous seasons is disrespectful, and an insult to all the creatives who worked on previous seasons.
calling the previous male lead reserved and withdrawn when asked what you learnt from him is weird. saying you inspire yourself when asked about role-models. acting so surprised that rege jean page took it 'so seriously' when its 'light entertainment'. just because romance is a predominantly female genre doesn't mean its not worthy of your effort and care (this man just 'turned up, did his job, went home' according to him).
i don't know, he just seems very egotistical to me, and it gives me the ick.
