Sophocles, from "Electra: A Tragedy," translated by Anne Carson
One of my favorite things about art is that you can iterate upon your own pieces! This is the counterpart to the more highly rendered Ellie I posted here awhile back!! If there’s any interest - or perhaps if I just feel the spark to do so- I might post another very different iteration of the same portrait

Description: An illustration of a deer running from left to right. The front of the deer looks normal, but as you move to the back of the deer, it's skin peels away like ribbons. Revealing the muscles and bones.

This is my part of a collaboration made with wonderful @bogbath . Darling, thank you so much for you patience, your trust and your incredible skills; honestly, the fact that you agreed to do this is the first place made me so happy! Chris here made the lineart and I took care of the coloring. Took a lot of tries, but finally I'm here sharing with all of you the final product! I learned so much out of this, i couldn't be more thankful.
I made them have red halos cause I wanted to call this "Saints & Sinners" or something equally lame haha.
Hope you all enjoy it ♥️♥️♥️

i have got to be the only person ever that thinks tlou p3 is unnecessary..
i have ideas and ways that it could go, but i know what they're going to do and i know it'll be underwhelming
the only way I could be into tlou p3 is if it focuses on completely new characters with a separate story. but even then, i agree, it wouldn't be as good
because too many series falls victim to the "oh this did so well that we will create sequel after sequel just to make more money" and sours the whole thing. 0 passion, poor writing, with the clear goal of milking it as long as possible.
often the best thing you can do for a story is let it end. TLOU1 and 2 were great, and now it’s over
