Quiznos Coyote is a mood that you can feel. next time you feel it say "I feel Quiznos Coyote about this."
My child, who spends their entire life being transfered from home to car to school and back, and is not allowed to leave the house or talk to anyone and can only in their wildest dreams imagine a life free from constant surveillance, is very sad. Obviously they're dumb and lazy, like all kids these days.
kind of a tangent but i recently went to a bowling alley with my friend i'm 19 he's 18 and the woman at the door didn't want to let us in because there was a sign saying under-18s needed adult supervision. everything got cleared up and we were able to go bowl, but i'm still so mad about the fact that kids need adult supervision to go to a bowling alley and arcade. like okay maybe young kids should have supervision but what do you mean middle and high schoolers need to hold mommy's hand while they play video games. kids aren't just addicted to their phones because phones are addicting, we're addicted to our phones because there's nothing else to fucking do
I'm sure banning kids from online spaces while simultaneously not ensuring that they have access to offline spaces to socialize in (without having to rely on their parents who already don't have time for them) will help them feel better & less alienated from society.
Fandom Problem #4413:
I think that the reason people don’t think that Bruce Wayne helps people is that it doesn’t seem to actually help anyone? I think that he probably doesn’t put much effort into finding the right people to run the charities and it all gets embezzled when he’s not paying attention or something. Also that a number of his donations are things that he *thinks* are helpful but are actually counterproductive bc he’s huge on behaviorist thought or something and thinks electroshock therapy is good
This again? Come up with new material, people.
I get the standard Bruce defense, but I feel it's overlooking the sheer awe-inspiring audacity of a take that hinges on "Batman probably doesn't do his homework."
The World's Greatest Detective,* and one of the richest, can't or won't figure out how to effectively use money?
*his world, at least. He's not (usually) going up against Holmes, Marple, Poirot, etc. Save that for Batman vs. Blorbo.
One thing I’ve become a real extremist about is little girl’s clothing and hair styles because if your kid can’t get her hair wet, hang upside down, climb over a fence or run full out in the outfit/hair she is currently wearing then why not? And the answer better be both extremely fucking good and describe something temporary.
honestly look at the bright side at least you’re not 14
I’M NOT FOURTEEN!!!!!!
Cemeteries are not wastes of space. Historical cemeteries ESPECIALLY are not wastes of space. The fact developers are continuously foaming at the mouth to destroy them and put a strip mall up in their place should make you even more determined to help maintain them. In urban areas, they are a haven for wildlife. They are a green space. If you are too afraid of death to utilize them for that purpose, that is on you.

Reasons liberals hate me: -I am anti-abortion -I don't think the police force should be abolished, just reworked -I do think illegal immigration is a problem -My catholic faith comes before my political identity -The Epstein files should be released regardless of who it incriminates
Reasons conservatives hate me: -I am anti-death penalty -I do think ICE should be abolished -I do think illegal immigrants and criminals have human rights -My catholic faith comes before my political identity -The Epstein files should be released regardless of who it incriminates
recently my friend's comics professor told her that it's acceptable to use gen AI for script-writing but not for art, since a machine can't generate meaningful artistic work. meanwhile, my sister's screenwriting professor said that they can use gen AI for concept art and visualization, but that it won't be able to generate a script that's any good. and at my job, it seems like each department says that AI can be useful in every field except the one that they know best.
It's only ever the jobs we're unfamiliar with that we assume can be replaced with automation. The more attuned we are with certain processes, crafts, and occupations, the more we realize that gen AI will never be able to provide a suitable replacement. The case for its existence relies on our ignorance of the work and skill required to do everything we don't.
Just realized I'm still that kid that loved watching the videos on Sesame Street where they showed crayons being made or whatever.
