its awesome that u now understand gender isn't binary yay awesome but u do understand its not like trinary either right like it isn't, man, woman, third option nonbinary. right? like its more complex than that and there are countless ways to experience gender. you get that right? right? and you also understand that sex isn't binary either, right? please? please tell me you understand that?

before i go, my favourite LGBT shows of the year by miles and miles are Clean Slate and What It Feels Like For A Girl. Clean Slate is a sitcom co-written by and starring Laverne Cox as a trans woman who loses her job and has to move back in with her dad in her small hometown in Alabama for the first time since before she came out, so she essentially has to reintroduce herself to her hometown, and it's soooo sweet and funny, and the romance is soooo juicy. What It Feels Like For A Girl is a coming-of-age story about a trans girl from Nottingham in the '00s who starts exploring her gender after befriending other trans women while out clubbing and committing petty crimes - based on the memoir of Paris Lees. it is the best-written show of the year. if you were a teen/young adult in the 00s, it will hit you like a truck. idk why it's not being talked about as one of the top 5 shows of 2025, but transmisogyny makes ppl crazy. anyways, go watch them. look up any relevant content warnings before doing so, but you're in for a treat <3

90’s public washroom designed by stéphane plassier

IMAGE DESCRIPTION: A public bathroom covered in tile. The tiles and their colors have been arranged to look like a pixelated field of stars and moons of various sizes and colors. They're mostly blue or yellow, with some being orange or purple. The tile pattern makes it a bit harder to determine depth and contrast, so looking through the mirror, the bathroom almost seems bigger than it is.

one of my favorite images on earth. the pure unbridled freedom emanating from it. the white car flying over the railroad tracks in the middle of the night....the black cop car half-hidden in the shadows to the left side, likely seconds before pouncing.....the joyous rabbit captured mid-leap, sailing past the jaws of a waiting predator, forever fleeing the inevitable. i feel giddy just looking at it

i saw someone say nobody needs to know what a .txt file is anymore. what the fuck is the world coming to

unironically i think we need to bring back computer labs because APPARENTLY some people WERENT taught basic computer literacy and internet safety in school

things about computers/the internet i think kids should be formally taught in schools because theyre important to know and the amount of soon to be grown adults i know who know NOTHING about any of these is quite frankly almost all of them (and resources to learn if you dont know these things, because its never to late to get better with computers)

as an additional note: things i think everyone should know on computers and the internet but schools may bit hesitant to teach about for whatever moral/legal standards schools pretend to operate on

ok one last addition! if you want to take it one level higher, i think learning the very basics of at least one programming language is good for people. it makes computers less scary and it makes you feel very cool, and a lot of people get discouraged about it because it seems overly complicated and hard to learn outside a formal classroom setting, so heres some resources for learning the very basics of python (because i consider it the easiest language to learn and knowing one language will make it easier to learn others)
