Just as we were beginning to feel a little more stable and were preparing ourselves and organizing our lives with the limited resources available, we were dealt a terrible blow. Everything we need has to be bought because everything was destroyed, leaving only rubble. We need everything necessary to survive, but what we need most right now is reinforced nylon to enclose our tent, giving us some security and independence, and most importantly, preventing rainwater from leaking in. Please, my friends, a 4x6 meter piece of reinforced nylon costs around $100, and we need to buy three pieces to enclose our living space on two sides. We also need to buy some wood to plant in the ground and cover the nylon with. Unfortunately, the price of wood is extremely high.
I implore you to look upon us with compassion and try to help us with this urgent need. Any donation, no matter how small, will help improve our quality of life and enable us to repair our living space.
