i’m gonna cry it’s raining right now and i just passed by a family where both parents were without an umbrella but their kid who couldn’t have been older than like 3-4 was proudly holding this GIANT umbrella whose diameter was as tall (if not taller) as the kid. both the parents were getting absolutely drenched but u could tell the kid was just so happy to have an “adult” task and carry the umbrella themselves and i think that sacrifice is what love is all about

I’m watching season one and it… god it’s so fucking awful. like they just love each other so much. they started out with so much baggage and it was just the four of them. the family was so small in the beginning. bobby with his prayer book and his ghosts, buck with his treadmarks steaming at his heels because he finally stopped running. hen and her lingering fear that karen and denny were too precious and that she could lose them at any moment, chim with his insecurity and loneliness. they were so small but so big together for the first time. the beginning of the legacy. the fresh, open wounds they all healed together. and bobby was going to kill himself, but he said “help” and hen and buck held him. and he gave blood and found out he could cure a disease and chim said hey, stick around a little longer, just see what miracles we can work. four fucked up, broken kids that changed the game and made history.

I like to think Eddie and Maddie have a mostly texting friendship. Like they text all the time. Cause how else would Eddie have gotten that picture of Buck at Maddie house. (Yeah yeah, we know it’s just a random still taken from the episode, but in their universe, Maddie would be the only person to have taken it). They text all the time and Eddie is in the dispatch group chat cause he’s nosey and loves the tea and getting into arguments with Josh.
This cute holiday pikachu is based on a free pattern by Lord Libidan. I didn't have a square frame, so I extended the lights a bit so the design would better fit a rectangular frame that I already had.
