on my blog, you'll often see me posting about 'the rewrite'... but what is it exactly? find out below! ;)

the rewrite (or 'poto rewritten') is my version of 'phantom of the opera'! i came up with it in september 2021 as a way to have more eristine moments and a happy ending for erik, but it's blossomed into so much more! from weird coincidences to references galore, writing the rewrite has been a wild time! :D

When the dance lesson was over, the girls said their thank-yous and their good-nights. Felicity wrapped herself in her cloak as she stepped outside the Palace. It was as if all the beauty from the ballroom had spilled out into the night. A fine, cool white powdering of snow had come silently, making the world sparkle. Now the clouds were clearing. For the first time in a long time, Felicity could look up at the stars. The moon lit the clouds from behind, so that they were outlined in silver.
