SINCE SOMEONE ASKED:

Basically, last year Valentino obtained a form of guardianship over Graziano’s finances, following a court-appointed evaluation and a diagnosis by Graziano’s doctor indicating early-stage dementia. This happened after significant withdrawals were made from Graziano’s account by his partner. In May, both the guardianship and the diagnosis were revoked, and Valentino is now pressing charges against Graziano’s partner for exploitation of a vulnerable person. Graziano claims that his family has abandoned him and only cares about money/inheritance issues, while Valentino and other relatives say that since Graziano has been with her, he's gotten increasingly distant from Valentino and Clara (Graziano's daughter, Vale's stepsister), despite having always had a close relationship.
