I feel the need to add: I adopted Cotton Puff five years ago. She was abandoned because "the children have outgrown her." Like she's a pair of shoes. FIVE YEARS ago she had already outlived her first owners' commitment to her - they wanted an interactive children's toy, not a living, feeling 10+ year companion. Their commitment to her didn't even last half of her natural life expectancy.

For those who asked, her ear is fine. When she was rescued her siblings had ate it and she got bad ear mites when she was little. She is almost 5 and has no pain in her ear
