Map of the Monster Hunter world I made based off of Oceaniz's video series. There's a healthy amount of conjecture and head-canons in this but its more or less accurate I hope.
I made especially sure that all the environments had logical placements and that they were wide enough tracks of land to fit multiple game maps in. Like, all the volcanic maps are in Erude all the Arctic ones are in Akura all the jungle maps are in either Metape or Terosu etc etc.
Really interesting, I think yours is probably gonna be a bit more correct than mine, since I ignored quite a bit of details on location to make it "fit" all of the location Icons I had made roughly evenly.
Mostly from my perspective as a mapmaker I dislike how huge and empty the New World looks if you go by the scale they present it to you as

I'd prolly have to go with Hellen, she's just so cool man I aspire to her level of aura. But I also find Sam very charming, and in terms of design Jeanne wins by a long shot.

Good question, I hadn't really thought about that.
Scavenger is my fursona, so I guess it likes to do all the things I would like to do if I had it's capabilities. So it prolly gets a lot of enjoyment out of flying, horror media, and good food. It would also be a collector, mainly of skulls and other macabre oddities.
None of those are really hobbies tho, so unless you consider terrorizing people a hobby it's main focus would be art, yeah. Not just necromancy art tho, all kinds of art, whatever catches it's whim in that moment.
