What's HELLAWEEN? HELLAWEEN is a high energy goth-comedy about a human witch named Gwen who must endure the horrors of suburbia. She and her two monster friends from an alternate nightmare realm, Miles and Sloane, must navigate friendship, teenaged monster hunters, curfews, and magical threats— all while trying to have the best Halloween week ever. Just got home from a tiny comedy show that I stumbled across scrolling instagram late last night at a local venue that I'VE done a comic reading at. Great group of comedians for just ten bucks and most importantly I got to show Chris Flemming my Cesare/Bigtop Burger fan art after his set and he thought it was cool LA rocks 10/10 tuesday night

Canonically the hallow kids wouldnt know too much tv from our world and I usually make up bad pun alternatives for real world stuff, so we'll ignore that for now— Gwen- Invader ZIM, Billy and Mandy, Soul Eater, not a series but Nightmare Before Xmas and all that 2000's edgelord kid shit. Also Over the Garden Wall duh Miles- Ed, Edd and Eddy, Flapjack, Gumball, slapstick smart/stupid comedies, plus Adult Swim originals like Metalocalypse and Aqua Teen Hunger Force Sloane- Venture Bros, Infinity Train, Regular Show... I dont think Sloane would watch a ton of tv, tbh Sloane's going outside to play Hiro- FLCL and underdog shonen stuff like One Piece and Naruto. When he's not watching anime he's watching ghost hunting/paranormal investigation shows Bea- Paranoia Agent, Evangelion... I think she's bringing in sad/upsetting/horror stuff to anime club and not getting invited back. Also Bob's Burgers.
