OK basically :

Santiago - Retired racer, a past crash causing him to get hurt too ba to race again. He'd mostly be an admin watching from the sidelines to make sure the race goes well n what not.

Trinity - She'd also watch races but from at home, basically like Bendy in racers. Or sometime she'd go with him for funsies.

Mr. Moon - Well known racer, famous and loved by all. Huge show off and huge king dice vibes. And obviously - a star

Landis - He wouldn't race but he'd be in pit crew only to sabotage races and cause havoc.
