My little boy suffered a broken leg due to the bombing, fear, and constant running away...and today he cannot walk or play like other children. We are in very difficult circumstances. We cannot afford treatment or even transportation to the hospital, and he suffers from a severe temperature rise. "I had another hunger attack tonight. Suddenly, you feel as if your stomach wall is stuck together, and you feel a bitterness in your throat as if the stomach acid has reached your mouth. You start to get a severe headache at the top of your head or a feeling of emptiness surrounding your brain. I don't know how to describe it. When you try to stand up, you feel dizzy and unbalanced. You quickly try to support yourself with something and close your eyes for a while, and the blood then tries to reach your brain again."

You have some time to go out and look for anything, no matter how simple, to put in your stomach. This will give your body a temporary, false signal that it has started eating, thus breaking the hunger pangs for a while. You will then wait for the next hunger pangs. Some people fail to overcome this situation and fall on the streets or in their tents.

Over time, our bodies begin to digest themselves, and muscle mass disappears, leaving us severely emaciated. If time goes on, our vital organs begin to collapse, and some of us suffer from functional failure. The body begins to suffer from diseases, even to the point of gradual death. The weapon of hunger is not just a metaphor; it is a true weapon of murder, to which we are exposed every hour.

If aid doesn't enter within just 48 hours, prepare for the largest mass murder in history!! Announce it to the world: #Gaza_is_starving and going through the most difficult stages of the #war..💔

Yesterday, the occupation army informed us via phone call to evacuate the place we were in within five minutes. And indeed we left the place where we were sitting. I held the hands of my little son and my daughters to get them out of the place. I went to my elderly mother and father, and tried with all my strength to get them out in a wheelchair, and to get the rest of the family out and inform the neighbors to leave the place immediately.We run barefoot in the streets, our hearts pounding with terror and fear. Panic everywhere. The plane has come to bombard the place crowded with people. It fired its missiles that melt stone and people. Stones, glass and shrapnel scatter everywhere. We fall to the ground, and dust and rubble are everywhere. It is as if the sun has set and will never return. It was a very difficult day. There was shelling everywhere. We were running in the streets, right or left. The shelling was continuous and there was genocide. Many of my family members were injured and my sister, whom I loved very much, was martyred.
