Yeah, this is precisely what happened.
It was… far from pleasant. But it’s incomparable to the pain Rick was used to, so he doesn’t mind at all. Especially if it means understanding his friends better! :D
A fact that would help Sylvie sleep at night is that: Rick doesn’t actually remember 80% of the stuff he heard. Most were all too fast and incoherent.
Unfortunately, I like bullying him. So Sylvie never actually gets closure for a while.

Considering the shit Sylvie has went through, obviously he’s insecure and has major trust issues. Which is why it makes sense for me to pair him up with the most unhinged + unpredictable person with the same lack in social skills for the laughs
but also because, damn, he really needs someone genuine and straight-forward to make him loosen up and say it to his face so he’ll realise how amazing he is without relying on his academic achievements.
Sylvie proceeded to cry his eyes out for 20 mins straight and then blamed it all on his alleged dandruff allergy.
