hobi said that at first they all used to have a very difficult time communicating with each other and coming to a conclusion/reach a unanimous decision , it would be the most challenging part but with time they learnt how to come to terms and how to understand each other’s views , so at present for him , working together is when he finds himself the happiest , he finds strength in the members and the most challenging moments are when he finds himself alone :(
