Just watched your video, glad you're back to life

6 hours from Stade to Hbf??? that's longer than it took my partner and i to get to berlin that day – i'm still baffled how well that went (ersatzverkehr from U2 Steinfurther Allee to Schwerin and the Regio from there).

Although we had a bunch of issues going back the next morning, having to sit on the train in Stendal for an hour before it could go and then being stuck in Uelzen for another hour due to the tracks not yet being cleared and tested. Apparently, they had lots of issues with snow being blown onto the tracks by the wind.

still worth it for spontaneously going to a fun party thing – it was a bit of an adventure from the start, and i'm so happy (and baffled) it worked, especially when hearing how terrible the situation was for many who wanted to get somewhere on public transit
