@kkastra

this trend from tiktok is already dead but i dunno i just wanna leave it here. generally speaking they all stink that's my headcanon.

"wish you were here"

(hiii hello hii im back. i had the most gut wrenching finals this semester so i was kinda dead for a while. not anymore, back to grind - and by grind i mean making fanarts of sad pathetic hopelessly yearning gays)

so it's my birthday or whatever???? well you know the drill - you can repost or comment if you wanna. this year was fucking shit but we're keep going guys, the kkastra yaoi fanart grind never stops!!!!!!

i'm making a little qna in my other social media but i've desided to crosspost it in here too

q: “…in your version, did george get his power thanks to dream? or was it some other way?”

its actually a great question - becoming king is one of the key moments for george’s character, so it’s worth focusing on. when dream founded his kingdom in no man’s land, he most likely didn’t even think there would be a king - it was supposed to be just a safe place for him to live. however, he met george, who then conveniently fell into this position because a) he’s noble, well-educated, and knows what to do in this position, so he would be able to bear the responsibility of controlling a growing nation with more than three people; and b) george himself had such desire because (drum roll) he himself is a bastard child, deprived of the right to a title from birth, despite being an only child in the family.

this nuance of his origin motivates george to leave his quiet life and try to legitimize himself in a more… experimental way - to keep himself safe, but also as a way to re-gain his lost heritage and throw the curtain of social stigma off of himself. it also becomes a catalyst for his and dream’s friendship and deep mutual understanding, which will later evolve into the dumpster fire of a relationship that happened between them, but that's a story for another day.

so, in a nutshell: george got his power largely thanks to the status he already had before meeting dream. however, it doesn't mean that dream doesn't put in a major effort to help george keep said power....

two sides of the same coin

(despite how much george puts down dream and how he doesn't reciprocate his feelings.... they still are strangely close and do have a lot of common ground - including shared mental problems)

an au, in which dream is a royal guard and george is a king, burdened with a horrific curse of lycanthropy

(it was supposed to be a halloween post but my college holds me by the throat so i'm 8 days late i guess. it's kind of a twist to a usual pattern of dream being the dog guy. also interesting to make a werewolf royalty, usually it's the vampires who get rich aristocracy treatment)

absolutely no respect for other people's personal boundaries

(i would imagine dream being a surprisingly tactile person, despite his characteristics and a borderline psychopathy. he often breaks into people's personal space - mostly to state his dominance and deliberatly make ppl uncomfortable in order to gain an upper hand, but also it probably closely intertwines with his general lack of sight.

which is a shame, considering that george hates any form of physical contact)

maybe it should've been my first post, as an introduction to my design and my interpretation of the characters. oh well, i'm doing it now.

also is this a save space to say that imo 90% of dreams designs were boring as hell and i dont like them? ppl barely utilized the shit ton of potential this green blob skin had offered, what a shame

this is probably a bad time to start a tmblr blog especially considering WHAT type of shit i'll be posting but i have such a bad hyperfixation and i just need to at least try to find somebody with simular tastes and get it out of my system cuz i'm feeling like i'm going insane

ok anyways first post!! c!dnf hands, a king and a killer!!! stay tuned for more!!!!
