idk, say what u will about spike, but at least he didnt fall in love with buffy while she was still a minor....cant say the same for some ppl....

spike loved poetry........buffy loved poetry..........but they never got to love poetry together........

ive been seeing some posts about how spike isnt the outliner when it comes to vampires but angel is and im starting to agree......ignore every post ive ever made stating otherwise bc idk where i stand anymore.....nearly every vampire we meet has some ties to the earth, some ties to humanity, some love in their hearts, some of their human life still in them. all of them but angel. idk what went so wrong with him, idk why he became such an evil vampire. but clearly not every vampire is like that. harmony is the best proof we have of this. she is the only vampire we truly see before and after shes been turned and she is basically the same person is she not??? you can also see spike before and right after he is turned and there isnt much of a difference personality wise besides the fact that hes suddenly more confident. it isnt until hes been corrupted by angelus that his personality starts changing. according to the council no vampire would try and save their sick human mother so she would no longer be in pain and so he can live with her forever. so clearly theyre completely wrong about the whole "a demon takes over your body, it has your memories, has your face, but its no longer you"

why did spikes mother turn so cruel when she became a vampire.......a lot of posts have been circling around that spike isnt the outliner when it comes to vamps, but that angel is, that vamps still have some humanity and love in them its just angel that doesnt. the council has been wrong this whole time. ive also seen the theory that the intent you put behined turning someone has an effect into what type of vampire they become (for example dru wanted a devoted lover when she turned spike) and i can follow both theories for sure but what does all of this mean when it comes to anne pratt......

"they would never do that, the writers made them do that so its not real" i fear that if a writer made them do something it means they have in fact done it........thats how TV shows work......u can pretend it didnt happen if u want ig but u cant be mad at others for taking it as canon.....when it is....

thats not to say u cant be like "that was out of character for them" or cant complain or try to think up a reason they might be acting a certain way to make it seem more reasonable to you. but humans are complex creatures and were all capable of doing things we normally wouldnt if the circumstances are right. so maybe they would do it. maybe its not that out of character.
