firstly, remove all furniture. move them outside and if it's too heavy to do so try to move it to another spot at least
use some kind of towel to clean dust and grime. wear a mask, it's unhealthy to inhale dust after all. if you don't have one, cover your mouth and nose with a towel or your clothes
wipe everything, even if it looks clean. there are a lot of germs not visible to the naked eye
clean the furniture as well
if there's anything else just ask since this is kind of a basic breakdown
