Sorry if I haven't been around for awhile everyone, I've been having hectic times in my life which made it impossible to even be online for awhile (been homeless, depression, hospital, moving) etc etc and it's been taking a toll on me very badly!

I had to sleep outside in the rain but luckily the hospital let me stay in while we had our thunderstorm! I need money to help get a hotel and eat since the government shut down disrupt me from getting food stamps so I don't have ways to get food! And I had to leave a job due to mistreatment and no car. The countdown to the new year brings more brutality in Gaza. Israel is banning thirty-seven aid organizations at midnight, January 1 2026.

Even though the October ceasefire agreement stipulated that 600 trucks of aid must enter Gaza every day, Israel has blocked an average of 300-500 trucks per day. Now Israel is banning aid from all over the world on the basis that these organizations refused to submit lists with detailed information on all of their Palestinian employees.

I know that it's impossible to truly comprehend the enormity of death and destruction in Gaza. We cannot wrap our minds around the numbers of the martyred, injured, displaced, homeless, and starving.

Perhaps simplifying and presenting in fractions might help. Imagine being in a room of 33 people. Half are children. Now imagine an explosion hits. One of those people is dead. Three are disabled by injury. 30 of you discover your homes are destroyed.

Ahmed is one of the children. His home is destroyed, and his family is living in a tent that has been repeatedly flooded by winter storms. They have all been sick for weeks and unable to recover because they cannot afford medicine. He is disabled but there is no treatment left in Gaza. He has only raised €6,131 so far, because only 295 people have donated to him.

In 2025, Ahmed has been forcibly displaced multiple times, making the distance by foot while carrying all of his belongings because his family could not afford fuel. He has been starved and shot at while trying to get food. He has been denied access to clean water for months. He has been kept up with gunfire, floods, and illness.

Now Israel is banning aid organizations. Every time aid is blocked, the price of supplies soars. Price gouging reaches incomprehensible levels as dying people pay anything for enough food to survive another day.

Please, please help Ahmed (@ahmedaldani333) and his family escape. Things are going to get worse in the new year, and I fear deeply for him and his family.

An upsetting amount of people have been accusing my friends of being scammers. It fills me with so much sadness that beyond the constant physical threat of bombs and bullets, people internationally threaten their ability to even call out for help by attempting to label them as liars.

Mohammed, his daughter Mona, and their whole family, have been trapped in Gaza for the entirety of the two year onslaught.

The UN has only recently declared it a genocide due to the ground invasion currently happening in Gaza.

I can provide you no more definitive proof of the validity of their identity, and their status, than Mona holding up my name in front of their tent.

This is a person like all of you, from Gaza, blindfolded and with his hands tied, displayed like a commodity "for sale" in a scene that encapsulates the cruelty of the occupation and its inhumanity.

This isn't a scene from a movie; it's the reality we live here in Gaza, myself and thousands of innocent people, daily under bombardment, arrest, and starvation.

I am a prime example. I was injured over 400 days ago when our house was bombed while we were inside. I was hit by shrapnel that is still embedded in my body because the Israeli occupation prevents the entry of medical equipment, because of the lack of healthcare here in Gaza, and because of the poverty we endure due to the war. Therefore, I need to travel outside Gaza for surgery. I cannot afford the travel and surgery costs.

Fadel really needs help, he's been sick and injured for a long time in these terrible conditions

An Israeli-based rights group (PHRI) published a report today documenting the deaths of 94 Palestinians in Israeli detention facilities since October 2023. We can likely assume the number is much higher. In fact, according to Al Jazeera coverage, this report even references the thousands of Palestinians effectively “disappeared” by detention during the past two years of genocide.

The rampant torture and murder within Israeli prisons are widely known. There are no means of accountability. The Israeli military's top lawyer sought to prosecute guards for severe sexual abuse at Sde Teiman prison last year. The outcome? The lawyer was forced to resign, and in the court case for the abusive guards, Israeli settlers applauded and chanted in unison to affirm their horrific sexual violence.

A political scientist based near Tel Aviv gave his analysis of how Israeli settlers could do such a thing: "They’re cheering this idea that nothing matters any more. Genocide devalues everything. Once you’ve carried out a genocide, nothing matters any more. Not the lives of those you’ve killed and, by extension, not your own. Nothing carries any consequence. Not your actions, nothing. We’ve become hollow.”

This is what it means to be genocidal. There is no "reform" possible. Israel must be defeated. Palestine must be free, from the river to the sea.

I live in the United States, who is orchestrating this genocide in Gaza alongside Israel. I can tell you that genocidal, nationalistic fervor of this degree happens here too--crowds vacantly cheering on atrocity. It is deeply frightening. How much more frightening is this to the Palestinians whose lives are held between such genocidal entities? Can you hold a fraction of that fear in your chest for even a moment?

I'm talking to you. How do you rebuild your humanity within a settler-colonial project that grooms even little children into fascism and white supremacy? How do you plan to rebuild your humanity and serve the colonized people of the world in their liberation efforts?

Do you have conversations with anyone in Palestine? Do you learn from them? Do you ask them how they are doing and feeling? Do you share some of your paycheck with them?

Ahmed is a teenager in Gaza. Can you sit with the reality of his life for a moment?

He is a passionate and studious kid. His house was bombed by Israel and his displaced family is living out of a tent. Recently the flooding in Gaza badly damaged their tent and ruined many of their supplies.

Ahmed has a tumbr account and you can message him (@ahmedaldaniii). He started his campaign to raise money for healthcare for his disability. Gaza vetters verified him (#198). Much of his funds have ended up going towards affording food, clean water, and medicine.

Yesterday, the occupation entered the area where his family has been sheltering. There were guns firing nearby. He has experienced continuous trauma for the past two years.
