This blog is devoted to Richard Armitage, supremely talented British actor, and beautiful man, inside and out.

Nice to know I'm not the only nutter who snaps photos of exquisitely plated "posh" dishes ... but secretly prefers "comfort" food like grandma's Sunday roast. 😋📸 Thanks Rich, for this interview that keeps on giving!

It's my 13 year anniversary on Tumblr 🥳

.......and I'm still here....just! Thank you to my followers for sticking with my very irregular posting these days, and those wonderful bloggers I reblog.

**Please note: this is a Richard Armitage only blog. Comments and linking to blogs that aren't RA related will be (and have been) deleted.

OTD in 2019, My Zoe had its world premiere at the Toronto Int'l Film Festival. Richard (who played James Lewis, Zoe's father) and Julie Delpy (Isabelle, James' ex-wife and Zoe's mum) attended the screening and related events (from top left) Rich posted this selfie on his arrival in Toronto, he and Julie took part in an audience Q&A, and an animated Rich answered questions (see interview here), showed off his profile, and posed with his co-star for a Variety Studio photoshoot.

I managed to get a front row seat at the Toppings & Company Booksellers Event for The Cut with Richard Armitage and Kim Sherwood in Edinburgh 12.09.2025.

What a nice person he is!

disappointed, sad Guy.

On my Screenshot hunt, I made this one and I can not remember when I watched the show that I ever noticed teary eyes in this scene, maybe because the focus was strongly put on his anger. Here in the screenshot it is clearly visible; the deep disappointment, sadness in his expression. I'm amazed by RA's acting skills, to show the deep disappointment with teary eyes after a moment of being full of anger, the moment of the heart being deeply wounded visibly, struggling for control and back again to the feeling of anger taking over shortly after. The scene is a rollercoster of emotions.
