Sup fuckers

Heya, I'm Lux, one of the hosts of @meadow-dot-7z, I set up this blog after my twin and co-host Summer set hers up (you can find her at @all-that-summer-had-to-say), here's some general stuff you can expect on this blog:

  • Fandomposting, I am normal about The Characters and more importantly right about everything
  • NSFW stuff, mostly reblogs, I'm one of the more sexual members of the system and not ashamed of that, plus we try to keep our main family-friendly so here it goes instead (I consistently tag it all with #luxxx so block that if you don't wanna see it)
  • Shitposting, I'm a silly lil thing with the best sense of humor ever
  • Vent posts, we've kinda recently realized that I (not we) probably have BPD
  • Just anything that feels like a Lux-specific post rather than a general system post might go here, with or without a reblog to our main
  • and me i'm violet :) be nice to me i'm her but smaller :) sfw talk only with me pls :)

Pfp and banner art are by @jingledrawss, I'll have a playlist to put here eventually

Deltarune and You masterpost (Series of analysis posts about Kris, the SOUL, and the player in Deltarune)

This section of my intro is now dedicated to cataloguing the rave reviews I've received:

i think ☝️ susie has hearing issues of some kind and so when she doesn’t hear people she accidentally goes “what?” way too loud and it gets interpreted as aggression but really she just doesn’t have great volume control. and it really annoys her how people dont repeat things very often because they assume shes being rude…

this comic was made with auditory processing issues in mind bc i was lowkey projecting a little but it could also be her being hoh i think 👍

Maybe it's just me but if I saw two tracks titled "him" and "ANOTHER HIM" my first assumption wouldn't be that they're associated with the same character, but rather that they have to two with two distinct characters that have some sort of connection or shared characteristic

A big reason why I think I became a marxist is bc I read A LOT of Calvin & Hobbes and Bill Watterson really went out of his way to lay the groundwork for teaching people critical analysis. Like take this panel for example:

EVERYTHING one knows about American/Western culture, especially in the late 80's/early 90's, would lead to the logical next line being some form of "Kids These Days Are Succumbing To The Evils Of Satan" or some likewise cheap Reaction™ But then Bill pulls the rug out

He criticizes the "satanic" bands not for some lack of christian morals but because theyre a byproduct of hyperconsumptionist culture. Bill takes no issue with the subject matter bc his issue is knowing its only being done to sell rebellion as a consumer product rather than to say anything truly provocative or inspired.

the christian veneration of the lamb has always been terrifying to me in ways i can’t explain

here’s this figure that is vulnerable and easily abused and what’s admirable about it is that it doesn’t fight back and it doesn’t try to defend itself and it’s suffering is noble because it just sits there and takes it. pain is beautiful when you surrender to pain, suffering is godly when you don’t question or try to protect yourself and survival is ugly… like it is just me or is anybody else’s fucking skin crawling rn!!
