🧋BUBBLE TEA OVERRIDE🧋

It’s been a while — I’ve missed The Sims, modding, and of course, you ♡

Today I’m back with a fresh drink override — this time I’ve reworked the BUBBLE TEA from the High School Years expansion pack! You can prepare it using the special counter:

In the original game, all of the drinks I’ve retextured looked like this:

And now here’s how the new Bubble Teas look in-game:

I also retextured two exclusive drinks from market stands — with the addon, they’ll be available from the bubble tea counter too:

But that’s not all! Bubble Tea Counter also lets you order food — although the original menu is pretty limited and... let’s be honest, kind of random compared to what’s actually displayed on the counter?

Originally, you can only order:

With my addon, you’ll get a much more exciting snack selection:

It is desirable not to put the files with texture replacement deeper than one subfolder in the Mods folder. Also, this mod will conflict with any mod that replaces these textures.

Generally, you can only make one version of this cake in the game, but that said, the developers made three variations of the object…. So I decided to fiddle around a bit and make two additional recipes to give you more choices!

Now these cakes look like this:

I made two versions, one for the Base Game (recipes are in the "Gourmet Cooking" menu) and one for the "My Wedding Stories" Game Pack (recipes are in the "Wedding Cakes" menu).

🧃DRINKS OVERRIDE from SPECIALTY COFFEE BAR🧃

And here's another drinks override ♡ A new expansion pack recently came out that I've been thrilled with! We got a lot of goodies, including a new coffee bar:

But when I saw these drinks, I was left very disappointed, because again they are the ONE!!! They all look something like this:

Also, they're BROKEN! Yes, yes, it turns out it can happen... Even if your sim finishes his flavored coffee, the glass will still be full, even though it will start to smell....

But with my replacement, you'll solve two problems at once: both your eye will be satisfied and the bug will be fixed!

📖 SIM STORY MOD 📖

   Hi! Yes, yes it's me, I hope you haven't forgotten me yet? After my absence, I'm incredibly excited to write this post for my favorites ♡

   Soon you will be waiting for a lot of new mods from replacements to different usefulness, I am full of energy and ideas to create for you!! In the meantime, let me tell you in detail what kind of mod I made and how it works!

   Filling the save with different sims, doing makeovers of pre-made families and just creating characters, I always paid a lot of time and attention to working out the story and personality of the sims.

   After all, it's much more fun to interact with characters with specific tastes, interests, skills, and at least some backstory!

   But, alas, it takes a lot of time and patience to work out each character, so, without thinking long, I decided to create my own little wand that will do everything for me!

    If you don't feel like reading a lot of letters, you can watch a small video review of this mod!

    Now, clicking on a sim with Shift held down (with the enabled testingcheats true) will bring up the "Sim Story..." menu, where you can select "Create a story for this sim".

   This action will automatically add your sim:

   When randomizing, this mod will primarily take into account:

✓ Aspiration

✓ Traits

 If available, the mod will consider:

✓ Career

✓ Diploma

✓ Preferences 

✓ Turn-Ons and Turn-Offs

✓ Lifestyle

    Also, you can individually add just skills, lifestyle, preferences, attractive and a phone case, depending on what your sim is missing!

    If you're tired of completely blank NPCs that your sims have no interest in interacting with, I have a solution!

  With the addon to the main mod, unplayable sims who don't already have preferences, attractive, skills, etc., will automatically have a story added!

❗ At the moment the mod can cause MCCC errors if you don't have some expansion or game packs. I am looking for a way to fix this and will soon release an update with a fix ❗

💌SEND&RECEIVE VALENTINES MOD💌

   So why not bring this cute tradition to our favorite life simulator as well? For this purpose SonozakiSisters made a mod for sending and receiving valentines, in the creation of which I took part!

    Now more about how this mod works and what is included in it.

𝟙. Holiday Tradition

   You can only give and receive valentines on a day with an active 'Send a valentine' holiday tradition.

   This tradition is added to Love Day by default, but you can assign it additionally to any other day by creating a holiday.

 𝟚. Sending a Valentine

   On this day, your sims can give valentines in a variety of ways:

   ♡ Giving a love letter in person

   If your sim has a loved one and they are already in a relationship, starting from the teenage years, they will be able to please their partner and give a valentine in person: 'Romance' ⇢ 'Affection' ⇢ 'Gift a valentine'

   ♡ A secret valentine to a school locker

   The teens you go to an active school with will be able to discreetly put a valentine in 'the one' character's locker. 

   To do this, click on any school locker (other than their own, it would be weird to throw a valentine in their own locker):

'Send valentine' ⇢ 'Select the sim it is intended for (only familiar NPCs of your sim will be listed)' ⇢ 'Choose which valentine you'd like to send'

   This interaction is as follows:

   Also, this feature can be used not only by high school students, but also by children if you have Zerbu's Go to School mod. Simply place the school lockers on the junior high school lot!

   ♡ Valentine by mail

   Any sim, starting as a child, can send a valentine to their favorite character by mail.

   To do this, at the mailbox on the home station, press:

'Send valentine' ⇢ 'Select the sim it is intended for (only familiar NPCs of your sim will be listed)' ⇢ 'Choose which valentine you'd like to send'

𝟛. Receiving a Valentine

   Whether your sim sent a valentine or not, he or she may receive various valentines from other sims throughout the day. 

   In the case of an active school day, this can happen at every school break and after school (so stay for 30-40 minutes at school in case someone does decide to!).

   In the case of a rabbit hole, notification of valentines given will come when you return home from school. Also, all sims may receive belated valentines in the evening.

   The choice of sims sending valentines is far from random, a valentine should be expected from:

♡ a partner

♡ a sim with a feeling of love

♡ a sim who appreciates the attractiveness of your Sim

♡ a good friend (in this case the valentine will be friendly).

   But there is also a small chance of getting a valentine from a random sim, so it all depends on the god of randomness!

   This mod takes into account not only the basic behavior of the game, but also First Impressions by Lumpinou and First Love by LittleMsSam. Additionally, if you have Dynamic Teen Life by Adeepindigo installed, your teen's popularity status will affect the likelihood of receiving a valentine.

   Also, every valentine goes into your sim's inventory. You can transfer them to an inventory that is convenient for you, such as a keepsafe box.

   Sims can react differently to a Valentine's gift: they can be happy that it is reciprocated, or they can feel awkward because they were expecting a Valentine's gift from another character! You can see the reaction to a valentine both in the moodlet bar and in the character's profile in the sentiments bar. 

   If your sim does not receive any valentines for the day, however, he will be upset. Hopefully, your sims will be lucky enough to have someone send a valentine!

❗LIMITATIONS:

♡ You may only send a valentine (via mailbox or locker) to the NPC

♡ If you have several students in your family that you can actively go to school for, the others will miss out on receiving valentines when the school day ends.... However, they can still get a valentine in the evening!

♡ The NPCs you give valentines to cannot keep them in their inventory, so just keep an eye on their sentiments panel!

♡ If you switch to another household during the day, the members of that household will not have the evening valentine events and summarizing that there are no valentines. So don't do it that way!

!!! Both mods must be downloaded, otherwise nothing will work!!!

⭐️MAKEUP OVERHAUL MOD⭐️

 1. VANITY TABLE OVERHAUL

   I took into account all the problems with past makeup looks (some makeup looks were not as in the title, and also not suitable for darker skin tones).

   I used incredibly beautiful makeups from TwistedCat and Miiko, which you should MUST DOWNLOAD from the links below (about 10MB total):

   Examples of some overrides:

   I've tested each makeup on different appearance types and skin tones, so everything should look great this time around! But if something suddenly goes wrong - be sure to write!

   Also, all these makeups are applied on the stylist station from the «Get Famous» add-on. Now you can organize a real beauty salon, for this I even made a small fix, allowing you to ask to do hair or makeup of any sim, even strangers!

 2. APPLY MAKEUP MOD

   All these ready-made game makeup, of course, are good, but there are times when we don't need a full makeup, but still want to put on lipstick or eyeliner!

   For this, I made a mod that allows you to choose any makeup, be it eyeliner, lipstick, blush, eyeshadows or highlighter, and apply it individually!

   Now, a new 'Choose and Apply Makeup' menu will appear on your vanity table, clicking on which you can choose the makeup you want:

    I made a large number of different makeup options, from casual to evening. Here we also use makeup from TwistedCat and Miiko (I wrote about them above), which you need to download for this mod to work.

   There will be a corresponding animation for each type of makeup! I also added a new action 'Apply Perfume', which will give a confidence buff to your sim.

 3. MAKEUP OBJECTS RETEXTURE

   Various objects are used during the application of makeup:

    I changed some of the objects a bit, making them smaller, and also repainted all the textures:

4. NEW OBJECTS for APPLYING MAKEUP

   As you know, makeup in the game can only be applied with the help of a vanity table, which takes up a lot of space, and costs a lot of money! But in real life, we only need one cosmetic bag and a mirror.

   With my mod, you can apply makeup using the following objects:

    IMPORTANT! Place any of these objects on the table (it doesn't matter how, as long as it is on the surface of the table) and place a chair. Now you can apply makeup anywhere, because you can take the cosmetic bag with you!

   If you download the 2nd module, then with these objects you can also apply perfume and makeup separately!

   Here's how you can now apply makeup by placing a small mirror on your desktop:
