Official Offical Presidental Debate Set-Up
As @rules-official and the Official Law Interpreter of the Officalverse, I believe it would be my responsibility to supervise a debate between the Officals in the Presidential Race.
Any officals or non-officals can either comment on this post, send an ask, or reblog this post with questions they wish to be asked during the debate. Questions will stop being received at 8:30 pm UTC on October 9th, 2025.
The Officals in @officalverse-democracy’s vote are
Once the above Officals confirm they will be participating in the debate, their name will be changed to be either green or a color of their choice.
After 8:30 pm passes, the final question list will be revealed. The candidates will have 24 hours to prepare, as the debate will start at 8:30 pm UTC on October 10th, 2025.

Rules for candidates:
- they must not reblog this poll
- they can't make people vote for them (meaning they cannot threaten, bribe, or any such things)
Candidates can:
- hold campaigns where they talk about why people should vote for them
- offer things that will happen/ that all the citizens of the Officalverse™ will get if they vote for said candidate
RE definition of bribing: When a candidate offers money, gifts, or personal benefits directly in exchange for votes. When a candidate promises policies or actions that will benefit the public after being elected, not as a personal reward for individual voters.
With that said, good luck candidates, and choose wisely voters.
Until now, we've had 4 votes. 2 in favour of letting snom continue running, one not wanting snom to continue and another person saying snom may continue only if repost is deleted.
After @snom-offical deletes said reblog, I say it's fair to re-start voting tomorrow.

Thanks to recent evidence, it has come to my attention that @snom-offical has not followed the rules. due to this recent development, the current voting shall not be taken as the true voting.

Reblogging is against the rules. This may have swayed many votes. The rules were discussed before, yet, since this is your first rule breaking incident, we will let the people decide whether to let you continue running as a candidate or not.
However, snom's fate lies in your hands, you, the public.

salamander thinks that candidate speeches should be included in the poll, in some fashion. elsewise, they may go unconsidered by the voting populous.
yes salamander, yes. i have a scheduled post that comes out soon that has all four of your speeches together for voters to read upon before the voting. only after that will the polls be sent out. do not stress, aim for victory.
